CAPABILITY & EVIDENCE

Manufacturing capability, certificates
and evidence boundaries.

We distinguish verifiable facts, items still under review and the scope applicable to each project.

Engineering and manufacturing capability behind each project

These figures refer to gas-separation engineering and manufacturing teams supporting selected systems. They are not presented as NITRAISE brand history; the contracted production entity, certificates and responsibilities govern each project.

30+Years of partner-team gas-separation experience
46,700㎡Manufacturing base
80+Production and testing equipment
120+Engineering and production team

Key manufacturing data, certificate validity and applicable product scope are reviewed and confirmed in project documentation.

These manufacturing figures belong to the engineering and manufacturing partner supporting the projects. NITRAISE coordinates requirements, proposals and project interfaces.

Current certificates

Champion enterprise recognition certificate

Champion enterprise recognition

Valid through 30 June 2028; the original certificate defines its exact scope.

ISO 14001 environmental management certificate

ISO 14001

Valid through 22 December 2027; status is subject to verification with the certification body.

ISO 45001 occupational health and safety certificate

ISO 45001

Valid through 22 December 2027; status is subject to verification with the certification body.

Clear certification boundaries

Verify each product separately

Qualifications for nitrogen, oxygen, marine, mining and pressure equipment are not interchangeable; each tender is checked against the product and industry.

Certificates are kept current

Expired or pending-renewal certificates are not used for tender commitments; the latest controlled version applies to each project.

Acceptance data comes first

Claims about efficiency, stability or service life require comparable duty data, test reports or contractual acceptance records.

EQUIPMENT & DELIVERY

Build and inspect against agreed interfaces

Assembly follows controlled drawings and the equipment list. Review pipe supports, service access, electrical connections and instrumentation. Agree inspection items, test conditions and documents before manufacture. This manufacturing illustration is not evidence of a passed FAT.

Commissioning continues to the point of use

After connection, check instruments, alarms, gas quality, pressure and off-spec handling under the agreed test plan, then complete training and handover. Acceptance depends on actual records; the screen shown here contains no performance data.
